RN Care Coordinator (Cardiology Clinic)

Why M Physicians? Our Cardiology Clinic supports a wide variety of patients with their cardiac needs. This includes preventative care, coronary artery disease, hypertension, heart failure, atrial fibrillation and more. We have a large group of providers that work closely with the RN's, clinical support staff, scheduling staff and more to provide excellent patient care. The Orthopedic Section is a multispecialty practice with fellowship-trained sports medicine, adult reconstruction, foot and ankle and trauma surgeons, and primary care sports medicine physicians. In This Role, You Will: About the job: An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) specializing in Total Joints will provide primary or specialty medical care within the scope of practice under the supervision of a licensed physician. They work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, offering a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services for patients with orthopaedic health conditions.
