DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The regional sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE) center provides services and resources to Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties in a private and secure facility. The Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House in Albany is a 12 bed inpatient facility that provides symptom management, respite care and room and board. Services offered include skilled nursing care, pain and other symptom management, medical social services, counseling, spiritual support, hospice aides, trained hospice volunteers, bereavement support and medication and equipment as appropriate.
