Overview Good Shepherd Hiring: CRNA Opportunity – All-CRNA Group in Eastern Oregon Location: Centrally located between Boise, ID, Portland, OR, and Spokane, WA. Position: CRNA Needed Due to Group Expansion and Growth at Good Shepherd Health Care System's Community Hospital. Job Description: Good Shepherd Health Care System is seeking two experienced CRNAs to join our established and collegial all-CRNA group in Eastern Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA desiring full scope of practice with a solid, experienced team. The group has been growing, and we're now looking to add two more CRNAs to meet the increasing demand. Salary: $300,000 base salary. Up to $385,000+ in total gross compensation, including base and additional incentives. Call compensation: $1,500 per weekday and $2,500 per weekend day. Full Benefits Package: Fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage. 403b/457 retirement accounts with employer contributions and matching. Yearly performance metrics bonus up to 5% of total compensation. 12 weeks of paid time off annually. Post-call day off. If rare coverage is needed, time worked paid at callback rate. Work Schedule: Call divided equally between all CRNAs: approximately 29 weekday calls and 5-6 weekend calls per year. Opportunities to cover a range of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, OB/GYN, ENT, podiatry, endoscopy, and pediatric dental. Occasional labor epidurals, airway management, central lines, and ER/ICU consults. Ideal Candidate: Proficient in neuraxial anesthesia/analgesia, peripheral nerve blocks (PNBs), central lines, and other critical care procedures. Comfortable in a high-volume, dynamic clinical setting. Group Culture: Voting members of the medical staff. Collegial and cohesive team, with 3 members having been with the group for over 10 years, and 2 with more than 5 years. Access to a free cafeteria and lounge, with snacks and drinks available. On-call apartment located very close to the campus. Additional Benefits: $4,500 yearly CME allowance. All licensure and membership dues paid. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
