Attends and provides input into required meetings which may include clinical and leadership huddles, team conference, family conferences, admissions meeting, quality meeting, site specific meetings, and other meetings as needed. Implements plans in collaboration with leadership to ensure annual and ongoing employee feedback through corporate surveys, training feedback surveys and other ad hoc surveys as needed. Assists in analysis of results and implements action plans to address concerns and promote employee engagement. Ensures patient council meetings are conducted monthly and patient feedback is shared, concerns addressed and incorporated into program performance and management. Oversight of transportation, and vehicle maintenance ensuring compliance to NTR policies, risk management program, state and accreditation standards. May occasionally transport patients into the community. Participates in on call rotation. Ensures recommendations of outside specialty consultants are integrated into the patient plan of care by direct care staff. Oversees the operational expenses to ensure compliance to budget. Supervises food and material management to ensure the center has adequate supplies and compliant with corporate, regulatory and NTR standards for emergency preparedness, processing and receiving.
