This role includes rotating weekend and holiday scheduling Job Requirements Master's Degree in Nursing (Required) 1 - 2 years experience full scope nurse-midwifery practice (Required) Critical decision making ability Skilled in teamwork with multiple disciplines Professional membership in nursing specialty organization required Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Registered Nurse Job Responsibilities Serves as an educator for personnel, clients, families, students and communities. Serves as a role model of professional nurse-midwifery conduct and practice. Participates effectively in the problem solving, consultation and case management of patient care. Maintains and updates current clinical skills Establishes positive relationships with staff, colleagues, patients, families and other health care providers.
