Landmark of Joplin is a 17 bed acute care hospital and 11 bed acute rehabilitation unit. Pay: • $27 - $42/hour, based on years of nursing experience • Plus $4.00/hour NIGHT shift differential! Shifts Available: • 3 x 12-hour shifts • Night shift 6:30pm - 7:00 am (+ shift differentials!) Benefits (FT Employees): • Medical, Vision and Dental Health insurance • Paid time off (4+ weeks a year!) • Disability insurance – Short-term and Long-term policies provided by Landmark, with buyup options available • Flexible spending and Health Saving account • Life insurance – The company paid $25K and additional voluntary life available • Matching 401K • Tuition reimbursement up to $15K after 1st year of employment) • CCRN Certification Support (and bonus upon certification) • Flexible scheduling Responsibilities: • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments • Providing care for patients and management of their conditions, with regard to vital signs and lab work • Collaborating with Physicians and various disciplines within the hospital in order to manage patient care • Assisting the medical staff with in-house procedures • Interacting and communicating with patient family members Qualifications: • Valid RN License in state of MO or Compact RN License • BLS and ACLS certification required within 60 days of employment • Ability to assess patients quickly in emergency situations in stressful environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Superior analytical and critical thinking skills • Team, detail and goal oriented • Positive, professional and empathetic demeanor About us: Landmark Hospitals is a privately owned hospital system with locations serving Georgia & Missouri.
