Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Landmark Hospital of Columbia is searching for a Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated and professional Hospitalist team. We are a private, small LTAC hospital where we are truly one team working together in a positive environment. Summary : The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with hospital standards in order to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care. We are a small, private LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) hospital where we truly work as one team. Our advanced practice providers (NP, PA) collaborate with a dedicated team of Hospitalists and specialists, along with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team, to meet the patient's needs. Our patients are medically complex with an average length of stay of around 25-30 days. This provides us with the privilege of forming more meaningful connections with our patients and witnessing their recovery firsthand, as well as expanding clinical skills.
