Position: MDS Coordinator (LPN or RN) Location: Aspire Senior Living of Webb City Shift: DAYS Job Summary : Aspire Senior Living of Webb City is seeking a detail-oriented LTC MDS Coordinator to manage and ensure the accuracy and compliance of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for residents. This role involves coordinating assessments, care plans, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
