Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator (LPN/RN) to oversee scheduling and staffing needs within our facility. The ideal Staffing Coordinator (LPN/RN) candidate will have a LPN or RN Missouri license and experience in healthcare or long-term care settings, ensuring our residents receive consistent and quality care.

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN or RN license in Missouri

  • Experience: Prior experience in scheduling or staffing coordination within a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.

  • Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail. 

  • Interpersonal Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
