Tanya Sotos, Esq.

After completing her B.A. in English at the University of the Pacific, Tanya earned her J.D. at UC Law San Francisco, then known as UC Hastings. Tanya made the move from lawyer to legal blogger in 2009, joining the writing team at FindLaw (a Thomson Reuters business). Tanya became the Blog Editor, then went on to lead Core Content, and finally both teams as Managing Editor for FindLaw.com before leaving to test the exciting waters of Silicon Valley fintech.

Tanya went on to manage a multinational, multilingual content team of more than 20 writers and editors spanning North American and Europe at Monster Worldwide, quickly learning how to run a meeting across 5 time zones without anyone falling asleep. She honed her SEO skills, team (and time) management skills, briefly returning to the legal vertical, and then finding a real home at IntelyCare.

At IntelyCare, Tanya runs the team of highly skilled nurse-writers, editors, and managers who work alongside the larger Marketing organization to bring career advice to nurses and actionable information on hiring, retention, and work culture to healthcare managers and employers across the country. Tanya works to ensure her team brings the IntelyCare mission to carry forward care to every nurse and every employer who reads and enjoys the content this talented group produces.

When she is not reminding her team about the use of precise anchor text, Tanya enjoys being out and about in her native Silicon Valley with her husband, friends, family and their “outgoing” Airedale, Liberty.
