Stephanie Rahlfs is the Vice President for Performance Marketing at IntelyCare, where she leads cross-channel digital marketing strategies designed to support organic performance and drive budgetary efficiencies. Rahlfs draws on over 18 years of experience in developing online business models, digital content and e-commerce business plans, and cross-functional performance teams across the healthcare, legal, and jobs verticals. Working with IntelyCare’s CMO, Rahlfs led the development of an industry-leading job board with nationwide reach, designed specifically for nursing professionals and the employers that hire them.
As the VP of Organic Performance Strategy at Monster Worldwide, Rahlfs oversaw technical SEO and performance content strategies for 14 sites in seven different languages across North America and Europe and worked closely with finance teams to shape a global budget planning process. At FindLaw.com, Rahlfs led strategy and operations for one of the web’s most trafficked legal information sites, nearly doubling the audience over a four-year period.
Rahlfs is a licensed attorney in California and has presented lectures and developed workshops in the areas of grass-roots lobbying and public policy. She is a former member of the Budget Advisory Committee for the California State University, Office of the Chancellor and serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Alliance for Education Solutions, a non-profit organization focused on creating educational opportunities for vulnerable students in California.
