Responsibilities Performs duties as assigned including but not limited to the following: Assists in the inspection and indicated cleaning of the room prior to the procedure. Assists in collection of necessary equipment and supplies utilizing the surgeon's procedure card. Maintains aseptic technique throughout all phases of work. Assembles instruments and supplies on table and mayo stand. Performs counts with the circulating nurse. Assists in the draping of the operative site.
