We’re offering an up to $8,000 sign-on bonus along with a generous relocation bonus up to $5,000 ! We currently have flexible shifts / hours available! As a Surgical Technologist, you’ll assist in surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, arranging, and passing instruments to surgeons, and ensuring a sterile environment under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting the surgical team and maintaining the safety and efficiency of the operating room. Schedule : This position will be working 0.8 FTE (64 hours every two weeks). The shift length will be 8 hours on the day/evening/night shift. This position will also work every third weekend. About our Operating Room at Southdale: Our surgeries include, but are not limited to, Open Heart, Neuro, Orthopedic, Generals, Da Vinci, Cardiovascular, Cysto, Colorectal, Urology, OB, Specialty Eye Cases, ENT, Neuro and Spine Surgery. Occasional weeknight on-call and every third weekend call rotation with 30-minute response time. Staffed for 315 beds hospital wide with the OR and same-day surgery departments having a combined total of 24 rooms.
