Program Manager, Staff Development RN

Plan, organize, and direct staff growth and development and assist with Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI). Plan, develop, organize, implement, coordinate, and direct programs designed to enhance the quality of resident care, in accordance with current Department of Public health and CMS rules, regulations, and guidelines. Develop training objectives, strategies, policies, and programs to enhance the development of the employees of the facility. Assists licensed nursing personnel (RNs, LPNs, and C.N.A.’s) in obtaining in-service training to keep their license current in accordance with state law. Provide in-service training as necessary/required. Coordinates the annual Employee Education fair in conjunction with each departmental area building wide.
