Administrative Duties Administers clinical services consistent within the mission, objectives, and scope of Occupational Health Services. Provides necessary assistance to Clinical Staff of the OHS Department. Maintains appropriate medical records to meet legal requirements and standards of good practice. Maintains confidentiality of patients and obtains releases when necessary. Effectively communicates with Director, Clinical Leaders, OHS Manager, CCHC Managers, OHS staff and other hospital departments. Refers nursing and non-nursing tasks appropriately. Documents progress notes in employee/volunteer chart and communicates appropriate information relative to the case for all work-related (WR) and non work-related (NWR) appointments. Uses standard precautions and appropriate hand hygiene. Performs all duties in accordance with established departmental and corporate policies and procedures. Performs and is responsible for Tuberculin Skin Testing (TST) screening and surveillance for any and all CCHC entity employees, volunteers, and medical staff. Performs and is responsible for Respirator Fit Testing (RFT) and training for any and all CCHC entity employees determined to be candidates for wearing an N95 respirator or a Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).
