Position Summary: We are looking for an Advanced Practice Nurse to work within our Float Pool. The Role requires integration of knowledge, research, and experience to promote excellence in patient care and improve outcomes. Communicates and collaborates clearly and concisely with the health care team; appropriately consult and utilize resources to meet the patient's needs; and actively participate in patient discharge planning, Requires flexibility, and excellent clinical, organizational and communication skills. Advanced practice role, responsible for collaborative management of patients within inpatient medical surgical, critical care, or hybrid (ambulatory and inpatient medical/surgical) care neighborhoods. Role requires integration of knowledge, research, and experience to promote excellence in patient care and improve outcomes. Communicates and collaborates clearly and concisely with the health care team; appropriately consult and utilize resources to meet the patient's needs; and actively participate in patient discharge planning, Requires flexibility, and excellent clinical, organizational and communication skills. Float APRN's will be eligible for an $8/hour specialty differential. This role offers a competitive sign‑on bonus ranging from $5,000 to $20,000, based on your experience. Diagnosing and managing common clinical problems of the identified patient population. Planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment plan in an interdisciplinary manner.
