Our innovative model allows us to provide definitive care in the home, including point of care laboratory studies, minor procedures, splinting, wound care, suturing, IV fluid and medication administration. We provide whole person care by facilitating timely follow up and care coordination. What You'll Do Shift Scheduling: May start as early as 8AM or 10AM depending on the market. You will need to be available to work a mix of both early morning and late afternoon shifts for each 10-hour shift. If you elect to work additional shifts, you will receive extra shift pay (in addition to your salary). Weekend Scheduling: You will be required to be available for assignment of at least four (4) weekend days during each 28-day scheduling cycle. Holiday Schedule: You are expected to work three (3) holidays annually. Solo Requirement: You will drive to the patient’s place of residence in a DispatchHealth branded “Rover” and will independently deliver care.
