  • Providence Medical Foundation provides a full range of services including 14 acute care hospitals, home health agencies, hospice care, outpatient services, SNFs, and more.
  • 140 patients between Victorville Urgent Care and Apple Valley Urgent Care.
  • Digital x-ray and point of care testing available.
  • LVN and MA on-site support.
  • Facility hours are Mon-Sat 8am-8pm and Sunday 9am-5pm (excluding holiday hours).

Job Description We are searching for a Nurse Practitioner -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will work under the supervision of the site physician(s) and work collaboratively with other members of the health care team to render age-appropriate care.
