Job Summary Reporting to the practice office manager and working under the direction of the physician(s), provides nursing care in accordance with the Hospital’s nursing practice philosophy and guidelines. Provides exceptional support, care, and service to patient and patient families. Minimum Qualifications Education Graduate of a practical nursing program required. Experience Physician office experience strongly preferred. 3-5 years experience in area of office specialty desired. Licensure and/or Certification Current license as a licensed practical nurse in Massachusetts required. BLS healthcare provider required. Skills Basic nursing skills Communication skills Basic knowledge of computers required. Ability to read, write, and communication in English. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidential information required. 
Job Summary The Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct nursing services to individuals and families in the home and in the community. This position reports to the Nursing Supervisor, Home care, in conjunction with the patient’s primary nurse. Minimum Qualifications Education Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program. Experience Minimum two years of medical/surgical experience required. Knowledge and experience in the practice of community health nursing preferred. Home care experience preferred. Licensure and/or Certification Current MA license to practice as practical/vocational Nurse. BLS healthcare provider required Skills Basic nursing skills. Communication skills. Assessment skills.
