MA’s provide services only under the supervision of a member of the medical staff. Credentialing is duty dependent and varies by training, scope of duties and location of practice. It is the responsibility of the certified personnel to be compliant with all requirements for certification renewal. Relevant experience in clinical training and/or the OR setting.
