A Skilled Nursing Company is looking to hire a Floating Director of Nursing (DON) for its facilities in the Rockland County and Orange County areas. Key Responsibilities Provide interim clinical leadership across multiple skilled nursing facilities to ensure continuity of care during leadership transitions or vacancies Implement and monitor facility policies and procedures Ensure facilities maintain survey readiness at all times, including preparation for DOH, CMS, and complaint surveys Implement and standardize corporate clinical policies, procedures, and best practices across facilities Monitor clinical outcomes, including falls, pressure injuries, infections, hospital readmissions, and medication management Educate, mentor, and coach nursing leadership staff to strengthen clinical competence and leadership effectiveness Qualifications New York State RN license 5+ years of long-term care experience required Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience Effective communicator with strong team-building and staff engagement capabilities Location: Somerset County , NJ Hours: Weekend Morning & Afternoon Shifts Status: Part-Time Position Overview: We are seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for weekend morning and afternoon shifts in the Bridgewater area . Ideal for caregivers looking to add weekend hours to their schedule.
