POSITION SUMMARY The PCA Trainer works in conjunction with and provides individual hands-on training in service delivery to Health Care Associates (HCA’s), Patient Care Associates (PCA’s) and other clinical support staff. Creates training schedules and conducts staff sign offs. Observes work of clinical support staff to determine individual needs to improve level of proficiency in various aspects of responsibilities in need of improvement.
