Payrate: 4 5$/hour RN Job Responsibilities: Directs educational & clinical activities for professional and paraprofessional staff to support the development and implementation of appropriate plans of care for clients and to ensure optimal care Ensures adherence to company & regulatory policies, protocols and procedures by maintaining supervision of staff to promote optimal client care , safety of staff, compliance with regulations etc. In consultation with the Company Manager, determine the number and type of professional staff required to meet patient care needs, based on case mix and agency census, to ensure availability of staff when needed. Identifies, monitors and resolves clinical issues which may affect quality of care provided.
