They administer medications, monitor vital signs, change dressings, and educate patients about their procedures. They also coordinate patient care plans with other healthcare professionals and evaluate medical information. Responsibilities: The RN for this role helps with a variety of tasks that include, but are not limited to patient education, tele monitoring, charting, assisting patients with their Individual Treatment Plan (ITP), checking vitals, resource management, and more. Although previous cardiac experience is preferred, it is not required. We are looking for a nurse who can connect with patients, and help provide a positive/exciting atmosphere.
