Position Summary: The Director of Nursing – Nursing Administration provides centralized operational leadership for hospital-wide nursing administrative functions. This role oversees House Supervision, staffing infrastructure, centralized nursing resources, specialty programs, and education services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations across all shifts.
