The Scheduling Manager is responsible for accurately scheduling qualified caregivers/CNAs based on all new and current clients. The Staffing Manager may also assist with interviewing and training new caregivers/CNAs. One year scheduling experience required. DHS background clearance required. Effectively and accurately communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers, and office staff. Communicate staffing needs with the team. Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner. Build plans and shifts to match insurance codes. Monitor electronic clocking in/out and late alerts. Track attendance and illness log.
