QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION: Registered Nurse currently licensed by the State of Georgia or have a compact/multi-state RN license. Must have MDS experience. The MDS Resident Care Coordinator shall maintain resident care plans and perform resident MDS assessments, ensuring compliance with established OBRA standards and guidelines and regulatory requirements by all nursing personnel. The MDS Coordinator must be educated and credentialed in age specific needs of adults and geriatrics as well as physical, psychosocial and cultural needs. 
Requirements: Active CNA certification Active BLS/CPR certification LPN Position Purpose: WEEKEND SHIFT - 7AM - 7PM - FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY Provides direct patient care that promotes safety and well-being of all patients under the supervision of an RN. Assists in new staff orientation and training and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient care needs. This should be performed under the direction of the RN on the unit or the Nurse Manager of the unit and in accordance with the Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse Rules. Will work every weekend, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing and currently licensed as an LPN or RN by the state. Licenses/Certificates: LPN OR RN - Current Active Georgia License - BLS obtain within 60 days of hire - preferred ACLS & PALS EXPERIENCE: Up to 1 year of job related experience (minimum) - 2 to 5 years of recent job-related experience (preferred) $78,000 - $102,000 / YEAR
