Documents all telephone conversations with patients and family members Schedules referrals and outpatient testing and contacts the patient with the information pertaining to said appointment. Manages medication refill requests as per clinical guidelines Assists with any procedures the provider needs. Cleans and sanitizes exam rooms after every patient. Draws labs and performs point of service testing on patients as per provider orders. Follow-up on all tests performed providing results timely to ordering provider. Administer injections as per provider orders documenting administration as per clinical guidelines Abides by and promotes HIPAA compliance; maintains strictest confidentiality with regards to patient information.
