Description In this role, you will oversee all nursing and clinical services for the practice, combining hands-on patient care with leadership and operational responsibility. You will provide direct nursing care while coordinating clinic operations, managing patient flow, and supervising nursing and supplemental staff to ensure safe, high-quality care. You will work closely with faculty, residents, patients, and multidisciplinary teams to support efficient clinic operations and maximize the patient experience. Responsibilities include assigning and coordinating staff duties in accordance with established protocols, policies, and procedures. Administrative oversight is a key component of this role and includes supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, and adjusting daily staffing to meet operational needs. You will lead performance evaluations, maintain annual staff competencies, and provide training and onboarding for new and existing team members. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the Quality Assurance process, reviewing staff timesheets for accuracy, and ensuring the ongoing maintenance and readiness of the practice.
