Job Summary You will be focused on biometric events at BCBSSC near the following health centers. Events will start in May and run through October (including flu events). Event schedule will be set 2-3 days per week from approximately 6:15am-11:45AM each day. There are 32 biometric events and 7 flu events at the following locations 1520 American Drive Florence, SC 29505 125 Park Place Court Lexington, SC 29072 131 Wildewood Park Drive Columbia, SC 29223 903 Bell Street Conway, SC 29526 Nashville, TN (optional) The LPN is at the forefront of Proactive MD’s clinical operations and is a champion of our Patient Promise: “We are only and always about the patient. We Promise to fight for their greatest good.” The duties of this role will include performing clinical functions as directed by the provider in the clinic. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Assists with treatments ordered by provider as supervised by provider or registered nurse. Performs select clinical duties Interviews patients measure vital signs and record information on patients' charts. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients Performs basic clerical duties including answering the phone, maintaining records, and filing Performs basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking supplies. Assists with maintaining a clean and orderly environment May document the provider's encounter with patients. Lists all proper diagnoses and symptoms, as well as follow-up instructions and prescriptions, as indicated by the provider.
