Job Summary: The Orthopedic Nurse Navigator coordinates care ensuring timely access and seamless synchronization of services throughout the continuum of total joint care/health care system. Overview Helio Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Intensive Crisis Stabilization Center (ICSC) in Syracuse, NY. The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide urgent response and/or treatment services to patients experiencing an acute mental health and/or substance use crisis.
