Prior experience with moderate sedation and post-anesthesia recovery care. Competency in managing vascular access devices (central lines, ports, PICCs). Familiarity with contrast administration and recognition/management of adverse reactions. Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and interpreting cardiac/respiratory rhythms. Knowledge of sterile technique and assisting with image-guided procedures (e.g., biopsies, drain placements, angiograms, embolizations). Proficiency with Radiant. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and anesthesia teams. Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies.
