Night CNA – Home Care, 11 pm–7 am

NURSECORE is seeking a compassionate and dependable night CNA to provide in-home care to an adult patient. Shifts are 8 hours, from 11 pm to 7 am. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist night nurse. Check vitals. Stay awake and available for emergencies. Light housekeeping and tidying. Other duties as assigned. Infusion Nurse RN

Registered Nurse (RN) - Infusion Nurse NurseCore is currently hiring Pediatric Registered Nurses (RN) with Infusion experience for our Specialty Staffing division . NurseCore has a national footprint in Home Health with branches hiring for Specialty Staffing in the area of Port Saint Lucie, FL. Responsibilities: Qualified nurses must possess critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. One year of experience in infusion nursing and home health experience is preferred. Provides quality in-home care and infusions as defined within the scope of practice by the Nurse Practice Act. Administration and self-administration teaching of specialty pharmacy infusion therapies and injectables to patients with rare, chronic, and acute diseases in the home setting, infusion suites, or physicians' offices. Proficient in accessing and maintaining SPC/PIV/Midlines, CVAD (PICC/Implanted Ports), SCIG, phlebotomy, and lab processing. Follows proper infection control measures. Coordinates the planning for delivery of nursing care with the Director of Nursing and administers appropriate clinical decisions in the delivery of patient care. Proactively updates client/patients’ POC, health changes, and other related incidents. Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific differences in the patient population, including physiological and developmental differences unique to each group. Ensures safe care to patients; adheres to all policies, procedures, and standards, including time management, supply management, productivity, and quality of service Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic region. Flexibility to work alternate shifts on short notice and can be on call for field visits as determined by business needs. Administers CPR and other emergency procedures, as necessary. Qualifications: Licensed as a Registered Nurse through the State Board of Nursing is required. Home health experience preferred – Can perform assessments, wound care, medication management, and infusions. Minimum of two years medical, surgical, or critical care/ER experience preferred. Minimum of one year of recent infusion experience preferred. Registered Nurse, Clinical Supervisor - Home Health

$75,000 - $85,000 / year
As an RN Clinical Supervisor (Home Health) , you will partner with the Clinical Director and Branch Director to plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient-centered care. Time is split between the office and the field, providing clinical guidance to home care field staff and supporting patient care consisting of pediatrics and adults. Responsibilities : Taking, reviewing and converting home care referrals Overseeing all client care services Assessing patients, developing plans of care, coordinating services and discharge planning Completing client admission and pre-admission visits Ensuring compliance with agency’s policies and local, state and federal laws and regulations Completing required paperwork for insurance reimbursement and clinical record documentation Serving in a rotating on-call schedule for clinical troubleshooting and support Interviewing, orientating, and supporting field staff Evaluating and conferring with field staff regarding performance Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements : Strong leadership and communication skills Current RN license in Nevada Experience working with pediatric patients 2+ years of recent RN experience 1+ year of Gtube experience (plus traches and/or vents preferred) 1+ year in home health care 1+ year of supervisory experience Bachelor’s degree from a National League of Nursing-accredited college preferred $75K - $85K #LI-MF1 #INDCORP
