Resident Care Coordinator Education & Experience: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), welcomed but not required Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in human services and one year of full-time work experience in a related field or Associates degree with major course work in human services and three years of full-time work experience in a related field or High school diploma or equivalency plus 5 years related experience required.
