This role is responsible for supervision of ancillary nursing personnel, clinical operations, and address needs of residents during the evening shift. to oversee clinical operations during the evening shift at our skilled nursing facility. The supervisor will provide leadership to nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, support staff with clinical decision-making, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. This position is supervised by the Director of Nursing.
