Overview The pulmonology nurse navigator acts as a primary point of contact and advocate for patients and families going through the lung screening process, coordinating follow up care as needed, while providing appropriate education as the patient moves through the system of care. The nurse navigator also provides clinical support for the pulmonologist and the office practice.
