In this short-term, post-acute care setting, you’ll be part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team supporting patients who aren’t ready to return home—but don’t need the intensity of hospital care. Crestview features 26 sub-acute care beds, two therapy gyms, a dining space, and a dedicated floor for short-term rehabilitation. Patients receive therapies such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as IV, wound, and trach care—giving LPNs the opportunity to grow their skills in a dynamic and team-based environment. Summary Job Description TheSupervisorunderthesupervisionoftheDirectorofNursing,isresponsibleforprovidingage-appropriate,culturallyand ethnically sensitive care, maintaining a safe environment, educating patients and their families, collecting information, communicating effectively, and utilizing technology.The Supervisor participates in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the delivery of health care services and tasks.The role of the Supervisor also includes patient advocacy, teaching, performance improvement, and supervision of unlicensed personnel.The Nurse Supervisor assures provision of total nursing care, directly or indirectly, during a given period of time for the nursing department.The Supervisor is also responsible for the direction and supervision of the nursing staff. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse required Current Georgia License as a Practical Nurse required Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Card required.
