Patient care includes, but is not limited to, care to patients in the following age groups: Pediatric (Newborn to 12 years), Adolescent (13 to 17 years) and Young Adult (18+ years). Salary $38.00-$53.50 Overview The Transport RN is responsible for planning, organizing and assisting with transport of assigned individuals to off-site appointments. This individual ensures the general health and well-being of individuals by providing direct nursing care throughout transport. Direct nursing care of residents encompasses planning, developing, organizing, implementing assessing, and evaluating the care of individuals to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times.
