Medical Assistant - Clinic Aide - Harrisburg

Overview Medical Assistant / Clinic Aide Full Time The Medical Assistant will assist the Physician, Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Staff with various aspects of patient care (including clinical, clerical, environmental and organizational tasks) to ensure our participants satisfaction. In addition to core Medical Assistant responsibilities, this position serves as a key person for the provider regarding day-today workflow issues and office procedures. Required Education/Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Successful completion of a Medical Assistant program or a national medical assistant certification from a national certifying organization (AMT, AAMA, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA) are preferred. Required Experience : Two years of experience with direct clinical responsibilities as a medical assistant preferred. Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
