Reporting to the Program Administrator, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional education to aspiring Nurse Aides. Key Responsibilities Instruction & Teaching Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction based on the NATCEP curriculum. Educate students on all aspects of resident care, including psychosocial, behavioral, cognitive, and physical needs. Ensure students meet all required educational and clinical program hours. Compliance & Program Support Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations for Nurse Aide education. Ensure your teaching meets Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements for NATCEP instructors. Administrative Duties Schedule and prepare students for state competency exams, maintaining organized and accurate records. Document and evaluate teaching performance and student progress. Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions to enhance program delivery. Student & Program Support Serve as the primary point of contact for student questions and grievances, offering guidance and resolution. Assist the Program Administrator in enhancing the curriculum and supporting program growth. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience Active, unrestricted PA RN or LPN license (required). Minimum 2 years of nursing experience , with at least 1 year in a long-term care facility (facility name and address must be included on your resume). Certification NATCEP Instructor Certification (required). Health & Background Clear Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) report.
