How you make a difference The Nurse Practitioner (NP) of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is responsible for providing a full range of medical services for patients under the supervision of the Site Medical Director and other site Physicians. They work within established policy and procedure, as well as state guidelines, to deliver high-quality care to patients seeking MAT for substance abuse disorders. The NP also ensures accurate documentation of services and communicates effectively with the Medical Director and site director to maintain coverage of medical services.
