Helps identify patient problems and potential risks and contributes to the development of interventions. Assists in identification of patient’s learning needs and reinforces self-care and other techniques. Appropriately designates applicable charges to individual patients using the hospital’s established system. May be required to work during inclement weather and other staffing emergencies.
