Collaborate with leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment. Supervise and evaluate staff APPs, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Oversee recruitment efforts for quality APPs in collaboration with recruitment teams. Maintain readiness for regulatory inspections and evaluations. Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
