Benefits

This prestigious medical institution prides itself on providing benefits for everyone with Mayo Clinic jobs. Employees are eligible for benefits when they work 20 hours or more per week. Coverage extends to the employee’s spouse, biological or legally adopted children, and stepchildren under age 26. Disabled children age 26 and older also may be eligible for benefits.

Mayo Medical Plan

The plan options offer deductibles as low as $600. Most items and services are covered at 80% after the deductible. Some services, such as preventative care, are covered at 100%.
