Weekend On Call Caregiver w/ Guaranteed Pay

Touching Hearts at Home is looking for individuals throughout the Dayton area to be part of the weekend on call care team for older adults who need assistance in their home with the tasks of daily living and companionship. The On Call Caregiver chooses to be available Saturday and/or Sunday for a 14 hour time block starting between 7-9am and is paid a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18-$23/hr for coverage of shifts needed due to unexpected needs. The guaranteed minimum weekend pay is $288. The Case Manager is primarilty focused on being a caregiver and being responsible for executing the care plan for assigned clients. The number of clients could range based on location and hours of services. Client Management Provide hands on caregiver support to one or multiple clients. Compliance and Documentation Maintain accurate and timely client and caregiver records in accordance with agency policy and regulatory requirements. Update caregiver schedules on WellSky in real time.
