Weekend On Call Caregiver w/ Guaranteed Pay

Are you an experienced care provider looking for a part-time weekend position that makes a difference, with a company that appreciates their care team as the most important part of the company? Touching Hearts at Home is looking for individuals throughout the Dayton area to be part of the weekend on call care team for older adults who need assistance in their home with the tasks of daily living and companionship.

The On Call Caregiver chooses to be available Saturday and/or Sunday for a 14 hour time block starting between 7-9am and is paid a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18-$23/hr for coverage of shifts needed due to unexpected needs. The guaranteed minimum weekend pay is $288. Our care team receives paid time off, health insurance (for full time team members), a retirement savings plan, daily access to pay, ongoing training, yearly bonuses, and a support team that values you and treats you with respect! Paid caregiving experience is not required.

The Case Manager is primarilty focused on being a caregiver and being responsible for executing the care plan for assigned clients. The number of clients could range based on location and hours of services. Client Management Provide hands on caregiver support to one or multiple clients. Compliance and Documentation Maintain accurate and timely client and caregiver records in accordance with agency policy and regulatory requirements. Document assessments, communications, and service changes in the agency’s system (e.g., WellSky, ClearCare). Assist with audits, incident reporting, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaboration Work closely with intake, scheduling, and billing departments to ensure smooth coordination of services. Communicate effectively with Home Matters management team and family members involved in client support. Quality Assurance Communicate changing needs as client(s) conditions evolve Keep up with assigned training needs and requirements.
