Job Summary The Certified Surgical Technologist is an integral part of the surgical team, responsible for scrubbing for surgical procedures and maintaining aseptic technique throughout the process. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing, this role involves preparing and maintaining surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment, as well as ensuring patient safety and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
