Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing Current State License as a Registered Nurse RN 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting Experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred 50% travel required Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs. Responsibilities This full-time opportunity on our Behavioral unit offers 36 hours per week, full benefits, and a convenient overnight shift schedule. Writing skills to accurately convey patient behavior and status. Visual observation skills so as to convey verbally & in writing patient behavior. Writing skills to include legibility and correct grammar to convey patient behavior and other information in the patient chart. Ability to assist in direct patient care from prompting through total care (i.e. bath, diapering). Able to feed patients. Regular / required attendance.
