What you can expect: In this role, you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track. DSD RNs will troubleshoot, and make sound decisions for our patients related to their dialysis treatment and will occasionally partner alongside the SNF staff to coordinate care. The dialysis den is located on-site at Centennial HIlls located at 6351 N Fort Apache Rd Las Vegas, NV 89149. The den is currently operating on Mon, Wed and Fri., but we will soon be operating Monday through Saturday in the future. The RN schedule is likely to be 3 days per week with no on-call.
