Medicaid Coordination & Financial Eligibility Support residents and families through the Medicaid application and eligibility process. Complete, collect, and submit required Medicaid documentation in a timely manner. Partner with financial and administrative teams to ensure alignment on eligibility requirements and documentation status. Track application timelines and follow up on outstanding items to support continuity of care and appropriate placement. Qualifications Required Experience in assisted living, senior housing, or healthcare leadership. Knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance standards.
